We rely on four core values: trust, customer success, excellence, and simplicity.Job OverviewAs part of our ambitious growth and transformation plan to evolve from a System Integrator to a SaaS company, we are looking for a Strategy & Transformation Senior Manager, who will directly report to the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer. By collaborating with the direct manager of reference, you will be in charge of implementing strategic and operational elements of the value creation plan.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer in the design and implementation of prioritized value creation initiatives. (e.g. related to Go to market Plan, Process optimization, Product Development)Help assess and quantify the impact of the prioritized value creation initiatives, and support the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer in the preparation of the necessary documentation for alignment meetings with functional teams, the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.Help the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer to set up and manage the steering committee overseeing the execution of the value creation plan.Define targets/KPIs and operationalize tracking, install incentives, and hold organization accountable for outstanding and timely delivery by tightly co-ordinating with Finance / FP&A teams to ensure consistency of group-wide reporting.Work alongside the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer and HR team to execute restructuring actions if required.Support the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer in resolving critical issues and involving the management team appropriately where further escalation is required.Act as a "challenge and support" role for initiative owners, helping them deliver the targeted results.Manage external advisors and resources on strategy and transformation topics.Required Experience and Skills:2-3 years' experience in top-tier consulting.
