We are currently seeking a Subcontracting Engineer, reporting directly to Proposal and Subcontracting Section Head to join the team based in Rome.About The Role:You will work inside the Engineering Proposals & Subcontract Coordination Section, that is in charge of estimation of Engineering Service during tender proposal, managing of Engineering Subcontract and coordination with the Engineering Service Supplier.Key interactions of the Engineering Subcontracting Engineer are: Internally, with Proposal Dept., Estimating Dept., Planning Dept. and all Engineering Disciplines; Externally with Engineering Companies, including other Operating Centers; Your main missions and responsibilities will be to: Estimating Engineering Services, during the bid phases; Supporting the Head of the Engineering Department in the definition of Subcontracting Plan; Supporting the Engineering Subcontract Section Head in the Companies Qualification Process; Managing preparation of Engineering Subcontract Requisition for Inquiry; Managing the issue of Technical/Commercial Tabulation; Preparing and issue Negotiation Report for Inquiry; Monitoring of the Subcontracting Execution; Managing Change Orders.
