Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.Partner with the bestIn this role you will spearhead supplier relations, orchestrate on time delivery, nurture capacities, troubleshoot, and align for business optimization.As a Supplier Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for:Coordinating preventive actions with Suppliers, Ops, Project Managers, Quality and Engineering, updating system metrics.Collaborating with Suppliers for on time delivery of associated documentations.Providing feedback to Platform Procurement Organization for refining supplier strategy.Ensuring internal customer visibility on Supplier plans and manage priorities for Manufacturing and Sales.Assisting in risk mitigation for supplier criticalities, coordinating with Material Management.Collaborating with Quality and Logistics for supplier surveillance, issue resolution, and efficient transportation.Aiding in vendor recovery negotiations, invoice resolution, and support key procurement initiatives.Ensuring supplier compliance with regulatory and reputation requirements.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor's in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Finance.Have significant professional experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, or Project Management role.Be a quick learner and adaptable to new products and business domains.Be skilled in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a complex environment.Be a self starter, analytical problem solver, results orientated and open to travel.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
