Supply Chain Specialist

As they expand their supply chain operations, I are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Officer to manage suppliers at both operational and documentation levels. If you're ready to join a team that values efficiency and collaboration, I want to hear from you.Position Overview:As a Supply Chain Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing our suppliers, including raw materials and third-party logistics (3PL) providers. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for overseeing operational activities and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the supply chain process. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure smooth operations and effective supplier management.Key Responsibilities:Manage relationships with external logistics suppliers, including handling claims and resolving issues.Oversee operational activities related to raw materials and 3PL logistics.Maintain accurate documentation throughout the supply chain process.Collaborate with internal teams to optimise supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.Utilise negotiation skills to achieve favourable terms with suppliers.Ensure compliance with import/export procedures and regulations.Utilise SAP system for supply chain management tasks.Requirements:Diploma or degree with a technical/economic focus.3-5 years of professional experience in supply chain management or related field.Previous experience in managing external logistics suppliers and handling claims.Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective relationships.Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.Fluent in English, both written and verbal.Autonomy and ability to work independently.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.Knowledge of SAP and import/export procedures is required.How to Apply:If you're ready to take on the challenge of managing our suppliers and contributing to supply chain success, please apply.
