About the Role: We are currently looking for young engineers for a position as Supply Planning Specialist. The candidate will help the team ensuring products availability within Region network, with the objective to achieve optimum stock levels, responding efficiently to commercial needs ensuring smooth flows of finished goods through the Supply Chain.
Main Responsibilities: Checks the stock availability, the scheduled production, product in transit to release the production requests, based on the demand and the transit timeAnalyses critical situation and identifies the best solutions and the priorities to ensure finished products availability, ensuring escalation pathsProvides the analysis of logistics network and transportation constraints in order to anticipate the risk of not accomplished the demandAnalyzes service level data and defines specific improvement plans according to the Local needsGives input to the Operations Planning/ Plant Operating Planners and business referents in terms of local constraints, requirements, thresholds and specificity of network
Who we are looking for: Master's Degree in Management Engineering1-2 years' experience in similar roles, also in supply chain contexts, within structured holdingsExcellent analytical and priority organization skillsKnowledge of "root cause analysis", of demand forecast and functioning stock assessment techniquesExcellent knowledge of the Office suite (focus on Excel)Fluency in English
