Company Description Ansaldo Energia know-how covers all the most important technologies that make the energy transition possible: from turbomachinery to renewables, and from electro-generators to the new frontier of hydrogen.Position As part of the Supply Chain Function:Undertake and analyze the RdAs of materials in accordance with MRP planningRelease BAFs and activate the procurement process of materials and servicesEnsure adherence to the stock levels of materials within the scope of responsibility as defined in the budgetPlan milestones for monitoring supplier activity and issuing documents to monitor supplyConduct follow-up activities and plan recovery actions in cases of delaysEnsure that all management (e.g., Packing Lists, certificates of conformity, ...) and Quality documentation required for shipment is available on time as defined in the purchase orderActivate shipping processes to/from suppliers Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering management (at least one year of experience)Knowledge of manufacturing and logistics processesOrganizational and planning skillsRelational and communication skillsAbility to work in dynamic and stressful situationsSpirit of initiative, problem solving, ability to follow processes and propose improvementsGood knowledge of spoken and written English
