Sushi Chef

We are looking for a Sushi Chef to join our Japanese Restaurant Sachi based in Milan, Hotel Gran Melià Palazzo Cordusio. • Preparing various types of sushi dishes according to established guidelines on quality, portion size, presentation, and food safety. • Expertly cutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish/meat. • Handles a wide range of raw fish and other ingredient. • Maintain hygiene principles in all cooking areas and clean your space at the end of the shift. • Regularly taking inventory of food supplies and other products. • Handles multiple priorities and works under stress. • Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience in Sushi or Japanese fine dining concept. • Understands oral and written instructions in Italian. • Handles multiple priorities and works under stress. • Maintains all standards of health guidelines for food preparation and safety.
