You will manage all activities relating to the maintenance of the IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 CertificationsYou will collaborate with the HSE in managing all activities relating to the safety management of the plantYou will collaborate with the HSE Manager and the Operations Manager for all development and implementation activities of strategies, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the plant's Health, Safety and Environmental regulatory requirementsIn this function you can:
Collaborate with the HSE Manager and the Operations Manager to guarantee maximum performance in Operations: in particular in the Quality and Safety SystemActively support the achievement of local and group goals through guidance, coaching and careful follow-upPromote continuous improvement projects to ensure sustainable improvementsCollaborate with the HSE manager to ensure that plants are managed in accordance with national laws and regulationsCollaborate with the HSE Manager so that the organization of the production site is prepared to manage emergency situationsIn collaboration with People & Culture, manage the hiring and development of skills relating to Safety, Environment and Health of all staff in order to ensure effective management for the entire Production Site.Ensure a prompt response to customer requests by managing the management of complaints and audits of customers and certification bodies.Collaborate and interact closely with the local HSE manager in order to ensure the responsibility of the line and employees in HSE mattersIn this role you will be employed by: Managing Director for responsibilities relating to the management of the Quality System HSE Manager for activities relating to Health, Safety and Environmental Management.
About you You are the right person for this role if you have the following qualifications, skills and experience:Degree in technical and/or scientific subjects and/or equivalent experienceMastery of the quality system with particular focus on certifications: IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 Good knowledge and experience in the HSE functionRecognized as a communicative, engaging in dialogue, inspirational, motivating person who provides and receives feedback from the organizationProven ability to collaborate to implement strategic action plansExcellent knowledge of the Italian language (written and spoken), as well as fluent command of EnglishUpload your resume and our tool will compare it to the requirements for this job like recruiters do.
