JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: EssilorLuxottica Group Tax department is a team that covers all the main geographies for different aspects, like compliance, reporting, transfer pricing, M&A. The position will be within the corporate tax team that deals with all regions. Key to the success in this role will be the ability to engage on tax compliance matters with senior stakeholders both within the finance community and the tax team. Tenacity, flexibility, and curiosity are key attitudes required. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: Monitoring the population of the Tax Compliance tools, constantly liaising with local Luxottica finance teams, regional tax managers and providing periodical updates to the corporate tax team. Supporting and assisting the tax team in specific matters (like with CbCR, TP documentation, Italian tax returns, Tax Control Framework, …) Providing certain accounting data extract Monitoring and providing legislation updates and memorandums on tax matters through the analysis and evaluation of legislative and administrative measures and newly issued tax rulings NETWORK OF INTERACTION: INTERNAL: Group Tax Department, Regional Tax Managers and Local Finance teams EXTERNAL: external advisors TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Educational Background in Economic and Tax or Tax Law Solid skills with Office packages, with strong ability with Excel LANGUAGES: Fluency in Englush as a must Other Languages as a plus
