Accountabilities Coordination of service/retrofit activities related to rail vehicle maintenance, resources in the execution of Maintenance activities, with a view to continuous cost/time/quality improvement.
Managing the documentation related to ongoing maintenance, the correct flow of use of specific tools and equipment for the performance of Service activities.
Ensure the safety of maintenance locations by promoting compliance with current procedures, taking care to report any "non-conformities" to their supervisors.
Support the enhancement of skills and teamwork by leading the resources on their shift.
Required Skills/Knowledge Experience in performing and managing maintenance activities, preferably gained in the railroad industry.
ANSF certifications - National Railway Safety Agency (COCS 30) - to work on train safety organs (preferred).
Education/Qualifications . High school diploma, preferably Technical Expert (Mechanical, Computer, Electronic).
Languages. Basic knowledge of English (written and spoken).
