We all commit fornot only meeting, but exceedingCustomer expectations for a very wide range of Piston Compressors application.The Testing Team is composed of Test Engineer and Test Specialists continuously improving the way of testing, supporting the design team through specific test report and tools.What you will deal with in the role of Testing Team Leader?Being responsible for the development of proper tools and processes according to the introduction ofnew design items and machines .Guaranteeingpunctual test planning and prototypes flowwith the aim to optimize the new design validation, supporting actively the Project leaders.Having under control Project Priority, prototypes material availability to ensure that right test plan is followed up.Being a strong contributor of design improvement actions to support Functional Prototype phase and quality team of PC. Testing procedures need to be available, updated and applied according to the Harmonized Regulation.Being an active promoter of the right way to build and test prototypes, providing reliable test report with the aim to make sure that Atlas Copco's Products are designed as best in class.What we expect from a Testing Team Leader?Showing adata-driven attitudethat means using always data to support decisions and to monitor results.Always acting with integrity, showing a clear, structured and pro-active approach.Past experience in team coordination/managementHaving an Engineering degree and/or several years of relevant experience.Sound and proven knowledge of testing environment(Assembling Tools, measurement devices, measurement Principle), Electrical Background and Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point).
