You'll be able to split complex/high level requirements in simple, clear and actionable task and eager to test and adopt new technologies in digital industrial ecosystem.As Technical Sales Support Engineer (Industrial Digital Solutions) you will be responsible for:Partnering with technical sales and customers during the product definition and requirements gathering process for bids and proposals.Establishing and maintaining relationships with required external and internal interfaces to ensure that customer requirements are understood and being achieved.Being the technical focal point for commercial & sales team and customersLead all the technical aspects of internal and external engagements and partnerships.Owning and creating best technical solution to satisfy customer's "Critical to Quality" (CTQs)Review customer specification and create technical comments and clarification by proposing "value to customer".Fuel your passion!To be successful in this role you will:Have a master's degree in a relevant technical discipline from an accredited University or CollegeHave engineering knowledge of design and simulation tool at component and system level, ranging from flange-to-flange, performance, controls and operability for large industrial rotating equipment such as gas and steam turbine, centrifugal compressors, motors, pumps.Ability to interpret customer specification and technical regulation requirements.Awareness of commercial issues, market led product development to be customer focused and identify business opportunities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with professional proficiency in English.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
