Hiring immediately!The Role:As a Health Fitness Specialist you will:Work with our clients in a corporate fitness center settingBe responsible for helping our members meet their healthy living goalsSupervise and monitor exercise participantsInstruct group exercise classesPerform fitness assessments, determine exercise prescriptions, and design workout programs for a diverse population, including a variety of high-risk clienteleProvide one-on-one consulting, training, and motivationDesign & Implement incentive, health promotion, and other specialty programsPerform administrative tasks associated with facility operationsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:A Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or EquivalentCPR/AED/First Aid certification at the time of hireExperience teaching group exercise classesAn outgoing personality and excellent communication skillsResidents of California, Colorado, New York, and Washington: Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $15.50/hour to $29.00/hour. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
