Working with us means working with the latest technologies and groundbreaking, sustainable innovations.Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow.MissionAtlas Copco BLM, a Product Company of the Atlas Copco Group, based in Paderno Dugnano ( MI ) is searching for a temporary HR Manager for a maternity leave replacement.Reporting to the General Manager, the HR Manager is responsible to implement and locally adapt all the hiring to retiring HR Processes ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations and promotion of the People Atlas Copco Culture.The HR Manager, managing a team of two junior HR generalist, will have the following responsibilities:Recruiting: responsible for all aspects/phases of the recruiting process (JDs definition, interviews, job offers, etc.). Develop and select effective recruitment channels & agents, manage the vacancies in our Internal Job Market. Prepare the hiring contracts and organize the on-boarding of the new employees. Guiding the team in Talent attraction and brand awareness processes.Payroll and Administration: Managing the payroll process and keep tracking the reporting data. Provide support to employees on administrative HR related topics. Support in the implementation of HR policies and best practices driving consistency and considering business needs. Managing the HR System, keep the data updated for the relative reporting activities.Training and Development: Provide guidance on definition and collection of training needs. Customization of training programs. Provide support on goal setting, feedback, coaching and career development applying the nine box matrix methodology. Address performance issues proactively and collaboratively.Union relationship: Ensuring an effective and collaborative Union relationshipLabor Law legislation: Good understanding and interpretation of the local LaborLaw legislation, National Collective Agreement, and disciplinary regulation.
