We are looking for a Top Management Voice to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Communication Director. You will be responsible for contributing to the development and execution of the top management communications strategy and plan.
Your main activities will be:
Developing and executing Top Management communications strategy and plan in alignment with Brand & Corporate communicationCreating contents for all Top Management communications including events, interviews, keynote speeches, seminars and conferences, openingsWriting speeches and talking points for external events and public speaking opportunitiesProactively identifying speaking engagements / public appearancesDesigning and developing presentations for various audiencesDrafting briefing books used to prepare the Board Members/CEO for events, press conferences, roundtables and interviewsOverseeing CEO social media strategy, with focus on leveraging platforms to drive engagement across priority audiences and topicsCoordinating other executive's social media presence and assuring coherence and consistence with Automobili Lamborghini channelsBeing partner closely with the CEO and other executives on a daily basisAbout you University Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field5 years' communications experience preferably in the luxury automotive fieldPress office experience even with Public Authorities as a plusExcellent presentation skills with popular presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote)Good knowledge of social mediaFluent English and Italian, German will be considered a plusGoal oriented and high level of accuracyGood standing and public speaking skillsLeadershipStrategic thinkingAttention to detail and ability to work independentlyWhat we offer Holistic Well-Being programParenthood programSpecific job posting for internal employeesAccess to qualified Learning pathsApply nowFill in the form below and send your application.
