As a UI/UX Developer with INTEGRITYOne Partners, you will be at the tip-of-the-spear delivering software solutions that directly impact our clients' law enforcement mission. Every day, you'll work with dedicated team members and clients to solve complex technical problems and develop software and systems to keep our country safe and secure. To thrive in this role, you must have experience working in cross-functional teams, delivering results over 2-week sprints, be intellectually curious and have the drive to learn, identify and solve complex problems, and enjoy a high-tempo environment. Our clients need and demand results immediately.
We're looking for a UI/UX Developer with demonstrated experience in Agile software development. In this role, you will: Leverage your experience over the last 5-7 years with requirements gathering, design, implementation, and testing software or systems development using: Front end UI (React, JavaScript, CSS) and Java/Spring/Spring Boot for middle tier Relational databases (JPA/JDBC persistence) Spring Boot microservices (GraphQL/REST), Containerization, DevSecOps tools and techniques (GitHub, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible) Collaborate with team members and clients to iteratively develop, validate, and operate software at scale using Agile techniques Use your experience designing and developing scalable, high-performance, and highly available applications and systems components Demonstrate your excellent communication, facilitation, and mediation skills by working directly with our clients, team members, and other development teams Use your experience in responding to client requirements in tight timeframes, government or otherwise – this entails flexibility in both work location (work from home but may need to meet ad hoc with the client with little notice); and hours (occasional off-hours on-call shifts) Be willing and capable of learning back-end languages and frameworks, including AWS Cloud and relational databases (JPA/JDBC persistence) Be the type of person who wants to grow their career and technical and consulting capabilities in the Federal environment.
