Italy (Nogara) Italy (Nogara) Supply Chain On-site Experienced Professionals The Utilities Specialist is an high specialized person who has to be able in managing utilities equipments ( HVAC, Chillers, Boliers, Water Treatment, Waste water treatment) and related process parameters (Temperature, Pressure, Flow rate). He/she must show deep knowledge of fluidic and thermodynamics principle being certified Boiler Operator – minimum 2nd level degree. The Utilities Specialist, reporting to the Utilities Leader, will coordinate utilities operators activities according with production needs and site strategy. Utilities Specialist will also lead troubleshooting activities (RCA) and fault analysis showing great technical and manual skills; he will lead reduction of water and energy ratio action plan ensuring the right people engagement on company targets. Utilities Specialist will be a key figure in supporting Engineerig Dpt for energy and environmental installation and upgrades.He/she will be a key figure in ensuring connection within the Maintenance Dpt and also with the Production Areas. He/she will be also responsible forEnsure daily execution of mandatory tasks for business continuity (HVAC, Chillers, Boliers, Water Treatment, Waste water treatment)Develop detailed Maintenance Plan for utilities assets and equipment and Ensure preventive maintenance execution in utilities departmentEnsure preventive maintenance execution in utilities departmentSupport the organization for delivering auditsIncrease shop floor people engagement on environmental topicSupport emergency team activities Certified Boiler Operator – minimum 2nd level degreeDeep knowledge of fluidic and thermodynamics principleAnalytic approach – he/she has to drive the utilities agenda by leveraging on proven analytics capabilitiesExcel and SAP – a good level of knowledge of excel is mandatory. Eventual SAP knowledge will be considered as a nice to haveEnglish – a good level of English language (both written and spoken) is considered as a nice to havePersonal Leadership –The utilities technician, must be able to lead maintenance activities using excellent technician knowledge, clear communication and logical thinking.Team working abilityShift coverage availabilty in a 24/7 context, if necessary even if based on daily shift.Experience PreferredBackground in utilities, sustainability or maintenanceExperience of working as part of an extended team within the manufacturing sectorExperience of manufacturing in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Company.Experience as a team member within a project Management team with an awareness of project management tools and technics
