Responsibilities We are looking for a V.I.E. to join a team which is highly regarded both within the organization and in the Italian market, having arranged a series of first class transactions both in the renewable and infrastructure sectors.
The V.I.E. Project Finance Analyst will benefit from a sustained workflow and a friendly team spirit which creates a perfect atmosphere for an individual who is willing to learn and grow. He/She will be involved in:
Main tasks will include:
Supporting the team through all phases of the origination and marketing phases (reputational checks, conflict clearance, preparation of pitching / marketing material, etc.) Financial modeling: working on and analyzing cash flow models and running sensitivities Reviewing due diligence materials (market, technical, insurance, legal, tax) Providing support in structuring of the transactions: drafting/reviewing the term sheet and reviewing the key features of the financing documentation Supporting the team with respect to all aspects of the credit process, including preparation of credit applications, internal rating and profitability tools etc. Portfolio management activities (waiver, amendments, annual reviews etc.) Updating the internal monitoring tools Tracking and monitoring the business unit's results New client on-boarding and periodic KYC check Due to the VIE eligibility criteria a questionnaire will be provided. Please note that for the missions outside the European countries, a VISA is necessary. Please make sure your passport is valid up to 6 months after the end of the VIE contract to not delay your departure. Otherwise, we strongly advise you to launch asap the renewal of your passport.

Studies & experience:
Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Economic Science A previous experience in Project Finance would be appreciated Language skills:

This VIE in Italy is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.
