Vendor Management Specialist.

Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for supporting the establishment of approaches, processes and information flow, along with building strong relationships to ensure effective collaboration between PSI teams and PSI vendors. You willReview external vendor quotationsMaintain vendor databases and tracking systemsSupport vendor identification, assessment activities, vendor selection and approval processesAt a service level, you will assist vendor contracting processesEducate vendors about PSI and maintain vendor relationships to provide high quality, cost-effective external servicesReview project-specific Vendor Management plans and support study teams with vendor related queries and issuesAssist in the development and implementation of quality systems and documentsDevelop vendor specific KPIs and monitor ongoing performanceConduct training relevant to the vendor management departmentQualificationsAt least 2 years of industry experience.Preferably at least 1-year of industry experience in vendor management, proposal development, clinical trial operations, or business development working alongside or managing vendorsGood proficiency in MS Office applicationsC1 level in English languageAn interest and experience working with project/customer related systemsAdditional InformationMake the right call and take your career to a whole new level.
