You will work within the marketing team in order to:
Conceive, plan and produce video content in 3 different types: 1) educational (related to the use of our products), 2) educational on marketing , communication and revenue strategies for the hotel industry; 3) promotional-commercial for social channels in order to acquire new customers. Manage the entire production process , from pre-production (script and storyboard creation) to post-production, including eventual location selection, set building, editing, and any sound and graphic effects. Monitor industry trends and develop new video-type communication formats in order to increase brand awareness and awareness of our products. Analyze video performance metrics in order to optimize content strategies by also conducting interviews with customers and potential customers. What are we looking for? Must At least 4 years' professional experience in video-type content creation. Excellent skills in using video-editing programs (Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effetcs) and any tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photosthop, Illustrator, InDesing, Lightroom, etc.) Excellent communication skills and ability to formalize a creative idea, as well as attention to detail. Excellent skills in prioritizing and organizing work, priorities. Ability to interpret data and corporate communication needs in order to transform them into engaging videos. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Have a good level of English (b2-c1) and know the different tones of voice in both Italian and English-language social media. Proactivity, curiosity, autonomy and willingness to continuously learn. Nice to have Knowledge of the hotel/tourism industry (hotel preferred) Good knowledge of Webflow Good knowledge of Zapier, Typeform, Hotjar and/or Clarity What do we offer?
