We're seeking a passionate Senior Brand Manager to join a new team within our organisation that will be in charge of spinning off the WET segment in our portfolio.
Based in the vibrant city of Milano, you will be copiloting the future of our Wet category. This involves expanding our portfolio, creating best-in-class products and formulas, ensuring impeccable execution both in physical stores and online platforms, and collaborating closely with business units to seamlessly implement annual operating plans.
Being part of a multifunctional team , you will embark on a project-based model, a blank canvas where you'll build the foundation for a high-performing category.

What you will do Be the direct point of reference for the Italian market team on all wet matters: market sellout analyses, new launches volume impact estimations & P&L definition together with FP&A and Trade, new launches plan preparation together with Trade, Media agency wet planning and monitoring, wet overall P&L monitoring, competition performance review in POS and in Media, consumer research review With the help of the Wet Global team, cascade the local long-term strategy for Ultima wet and execute it thoroughly. Lead local and contribute in global strategic calendar for wet: brand review, marketing plans, market annual plan, market 5 years plan What we are looking for 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Marketing Department within petfood industry Strategic thinking University Degree on Business/Marketing/Trade Marketing Experience in marketing through all leverages: sellout analyses, product development, media activation plans…. Ability to analyse and interpret performance management data and make recommendations to optimize the effectiveness of the marketing activities Good organizational skills. Experience of working and delivering multiple projects Leadership & Energy to implement new projects Italian & English required.
