Must be able to convey criticism in a positive or constructive way.Drive, recognize and reward team's performance, providing them with guidance for further improvement.Encourage open dialogue and communication so that activities run consistently smoothly.Reinforce APM Group culture, values & reputation & ensure compliance with APM Group policies.CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCEBachelor or higher degree preferableFluency in local language and English, both written and spokenLean Six Sigma and/or Project Management certificationGood presentation and facilitation skillsAt least 3-5 years of experience in lean training or a Continuous Improvement deployment roleExperience with terminal operations is an advantageStrong senior management change management and interpersonal skills, able to focus on business impact and change in behaviour for the new ways of working and thinkingAbility to drive implementation of new processes and support the organisational changesAbility to communicate at all levels across the local organization and guide them towards the local achievementsLocationThe positions is based in Vado Ligure, Italy
