You will constantly look for improvement activities within Italy.In brief, your responsibilities will be: Controlling the monthly performance together with Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning teams.Company results reporting: crafting and maintaining the reporting tools.Participating in the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) creation for the Business Unit.Participating in weekly meetings with the Finance Team.Report actual results and forecasts, analyses variations.Implement and continuously improve internal controls to ensure accurate reporting and proper safeguarding of company performance.What we expect from you: Master's Degree, preferably in Business or FinancialProficient in English, both written and spokenGood command of MS office, especially Excel.Strong organizational skillsGood interpersonal and communication skillsNOTE: EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) is required in order to proceed for this position.Professional Attributes Curiosity, positivity & passion - You're curious, positive and enthusiastic.
