The application training specialist will assist trainers during the whole training process from needs analysis, preparation, delivery and feedback.Internship PurposeThe successful candidate will learn by doing all topics related to training process and in the field activities such as:Evaluate employee performance to understand where skills are lacking.Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees.Prepare learning materials for programsAssist training delivery with contribution of knowledge in Satellite Navigation (GNSS)Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.Train and guide new employees.Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.Proactive management of projects by leading them independently including activities reportingThe candidate should have a Survey/Civil/Construction Engineering degree and/or Telecommunication/Precision Agriculture degree and want to start a career as Trainer/instructor based on his technical knowledge/competencies acquired during universities studies/programsThe ideal candidate should have some of the following topics:Basic knowledge in Satellite Navigation (GNSS), mathematical statistics;GNSS Signal Analysis and ProcessingGNSS Receiver Design and ImplementationGNSS Applications GNSS Data Analysis and InterpretationGNSS System Design and Analysis GNSS Signal Interference and MitigationOther job requirements: Experience in a training environment preferredExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficientlyExcellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with trainers, trainees, and other stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applicationsFluent in Italian and English required ; knowledge of other European languages is a plusWorking Conditions: Max 5% travelling EMEA wideWill be required climb on heavy equipmentFlexible working opportunity based on activities on siteThis is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a leading training centre and make a significant contribution to our training team.Motivation and interest in this position are considering a strong value for the selection process and next confirmation of the role
