We are looking for a Barman for the next season (spring/summer 2024) to join our bar team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He / she is willing to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
He/She should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills.
He/She reports to Bar Manager
Fulfil the Bar operations assisting with service, setup, mise en place and cleaning, according to the Belmond policies, high standards and procedures; Monitor all aspects of the guests' experience, from the bar layout before their arrival to the experience they receive during the service. Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate guests' needs; Support all other team members with the service; Establish and maintain good relationships with all guests and handle requests and enquiries.
