MISSION Manage and Develop sales agent performance to achieve agreed objectives and company's ambitions.
Contribute SBM Leadership supporting company spirit "ESPRIT"
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES 1- Sales Agents Coordination & Development Coordinate and develop sales agents team to reach business objective agreed in terms of turnover, margin, stock level and credit by:
Developing and Implementing sales agent commercial campaign in line with company target (in agreement with sales and marketing manager); Setting and Monitoring Sales agent KPI and sales agents annual / quarterly target (i.e turnover, MS%, average price, etc); Analyzing customer / sales agent data to optimize sales efforts; Support sales manager in sales agent recruitment and selection; Support sales manager in sales agent administrative activities (sales agent contract and fee, etc); Credit management guidelines implementation (credit limit, new customers, etc) New customers process approval; Implementing corrective measures when quotas are not met ; Launching and leading motivational events; Defining sales agent training needs and developing training activities; Develop sales team assigned both in term of professional and performance point of view;
2 - Area Business Development Scouting & developing new business opportunity in the assigned area overseeing the route to market to fully exploit business potential;
Develop the business in the assigned area exploring new channel/customer aligned with company strategy; Overseeing the business development 360° to ensure the best alignment with all the stakeholder involved; 3 - Key customers management Developing key customer growth and challenging customer streamlining; Answering key client questions regarding their account or sales products; Credit flow overseeing; Building and maintaining relationship with key customers 4 - Sales Forecast Controlling calculations based on SBM's forecasting tool Controlling and challenging, if necessary, countries sales forecast on the main identified gaps with the help of the European Supply Chain Process Manager Reconciling turnover calculations with sales forecasts 5 - Commercial Excellence Contribute to European commercial excellence by:
Designing, deploying and following the application of commercial incentive programs; Monitoring and acquiring knowledge of competitors' products and sales strategies on the market Preparing monthly business reviews Working with stakeholder members from other departments to optimize sales Accompanying sales teams across Europe in the use of standardized performance indicators TECHNICAL SKILLS  Team management; Advanced sales and customer service skills; Negotiation skills; Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff members; Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to analyze consumer data to optimize sales efforts; Knowledge of trends and market regulations ; Able to work with other department heads to develop effective marketing strategies; Skilled in staff optimization and team development Excellent leadership and coaching abilities; IT BI data management Professional English EDUCATION (Optional)
Master's Degree in Finance, PhD in Agricultural Science, Bachelor in Marketing, etc…
EXPERIENCE (Optional) At least 3-5 years in similar position Unlimited contract to be filled as soon as possible
