Alti Profili is current recruiting for a BUSINESS PLANNING DEPARTMENT MANAGER for a multinational Company Leader in the motorcycle sector.
Under the management of the General Manager Business Operation, the Business Planning Coordinator is responsible for creating and implementing business planning processes. His duties include managing team, supervising business operations, designing strategic plans based on forecasts and providing improvement recommendations.
Main tasks:
• Coordinate 2 Business Planning Analysts and 1 Business Tool Developer.
• Prepare annual monthly budget, both retail and wholesale, by models for all the Business Units (PTW, Marine, RVPP. SPV and Parts & Accessories) with a full market and competitiveness analysis.
• Monthly reporting to the management for all the B.U. about target hachement underlining the main gaps working with cross-functional teams to propose eventual countermeasures.
• Manage and submit monthly ordering to the Head Quarter.
• Define Yearly Dealer Network Targets (quantitative and qualitative) and implement the related bonus system.
• Study Dealer Network coverage through a territory analysis (distance, customer address…) and define an implementation plan for new point of sales.
• Develop and manage dealer network implementing company strategy and standards.
• Guarantee the development of local Business Operational Tool (Microsoft SQL Server) to manage dealer networks target setting and the related bonus systems and promotions.
Skills and Knowledge required:
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent years of experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Planning or related areas (Preferably in PTW and Marine products).
• Fluency in oral and written English.
• Team working oriented with experience in Team Management.
• Preferably knowledge of automotive dealer operations and retail sales.
• Advanced MS knowledge: Excel, Word, Power Point.
Wages: Fixed +MBO.

Place of work: Prov. MB.
Working hours: full time, from Monday to Friday.
