Job summaryAdecco is hiring a Buyer for a dynamic and innovative company that produces and distributes food supplies for Restaurants, Pizzerias, Bars, and Hotels. The Buyer will be part of the company's purchasing team and will contribute to managing relationships with suppliers, contractual agreements, assortment construction for promotional plans, and collaboration with other departments in all operational activities related to business activities. The main responsibilities include market trend analysis, supplier selection and management, monitoring of key commercial KPIs, assortment composition and management, negotiation and revision of commercial agreements, category management analysis, monitoring of product/category performance, promotion planning, negotiation and management of negotiations and returns, and communication with suppliers.
