YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT As CSR Project Manager and part of the Purchasing Department, you will be responsible fordeveloping and executing CSR programsas well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness.
This experience will enable you to perform various functions, which involves auditing.
You will have the opportunity to gain international experience and build up knowledge on the business processes on luxurious goods working in increasingly challenging environment and on engaging projects.
YOUR IMPACT Manage and plan social-environmental audit for suppliers and sub-contractors according to Celine policySupport external partner on supply chain social-environmental auditCoordinate the action plan to reach Life 360 program objectives in terms of traceability and certification on leather goods and accessoriesDefine KPI and monitor supplier performance to Celine CSR expectations and recommend refinements and enhancements to monitoring processesHelp to develop a responsible sourcing strategy, in partnership with buyersSupport procurement team in conducting CSR projects with suppliers or identify and drive implementation of projects to improve supplier CSR performanceLead cross category CSR projectsResearch and development of circular economy activities, such as recycling, reuseRaise awareness on material sustainability among technical department and scout sustainable options (green materials) among suppliers to propose to product development and engineeringCollect and validate data to support environmental and social reportingProfileKEYS FOR SUCCESS Education:
Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experienceExperience:
Position requires minimum 3 years' experience in similar roles or sustainable sourcing (preferably fashion/agro sectors) Experience in luxury/fashion business a plusAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environmentPassion and curiosity in compliance and sustainabilityExcellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysisDetail oriented, highly organizedAdvanced user of MS office (Excel, Power Point) and at ease with the use of Internet tools.Languages: Fluent in Italian and English, additional languages are a plus
