In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, driving and supervising projects and documenting and enhancing processes and procedures of the global Integrity Investigations and Monitoring team (IIM). The IIM Programme Coordinator directly reports to the Global Investigations Counsel, who reports to the Head of IIM. Your responsibilities Support IIMâ€s development, maintenance, enhancement and communication of procedures, processes and training Organize, drive and supervise IIM initiatives, requiring collaboration with and input from ABB stakeholders outside of IIM, eg. with Legal & Integrity and HR colleagues on labor law and ABB policy landscape as it impacts investigations and management of information for the team Coordination with Legal & Integrity and potentially external advisors on the impact of global whistleblower legislation on investigations procedures and IIM processes Coordination on data privacy landscape as it impacts investigations and management of information for the team Establishing and maintaining processes in coordination with other data holders in the organization to provide assurance relating to investigations Ensuring appropriate technology, tools and processes are available for the IIM team and the broader investigative community, and liaising with ABBâ€s Information Support team and external providers as needed Coordination with Legal & Integrity Operations and Procurement as needed to support the engagement of third party vendors supporting IIM projects and processes. Execute on certain IIM procedures as requested by IIM leadership, including, for example: reviewing data in the Business Ethics Helpline case management system to ensure accurate and consistent reporting; generating reports regarding metrics from the Business Ethics Helpline and case management system; and triaging integrity cases in ABBâ€s Business Ethics Helpline. Your background University level education In-house experience in a legal, compliance or integrity practice (strongly preferred) of about 10 years. Project management experience (strongly preferred) Independent character and a strong sense of integrity. Ability to handle sensitive information discretely and with the utmost confidentiality Excellent organisation, communication and drafting skills. High level of attention to detail Willingness, ability and interest in collaborating across business and legal functions and departments, time zones and cultures in a complex organization, with a teamwork oriented mentality Proficient skillset in Microsoft Office tools, good understanding of IT tools, and flexibility and interest in learning new systems Quick comprehension skills.
