IT System Administrator Citrix/Exchange (m/f/d) Full-time / Nuremberg / permanent What you can expect You are keen to integrate into a motivated IT team and want to deliver added value in a modern IT environment. As IT System Administrator Citrix/Exchange you will be responsible for our virtual desktop infrastructure as well as our e-mail environment (Exchange). In collaboration with your colleagues, you will be responsible for system maintenance and provide support in the event of incidents. You manage and troubleshoot Citrix Published Applications, Session Hosts, VDIs and administer Windows Server. With your expert knowledge, you will contribute to the further development of our virtual desktop infrastructure and Exchange environment. You will provide 2nd level support and process tickets and service requests. What sets you apart You have completed training as an IT specialist or electronics technician (specializing in information technology) or have a degree in computer science or information technology and have relevant professional experience. You already have experience in the Windows environment. This includes AD, DNS, DHCP and WSUS. You have a basic understanding of IP networks and client operating systems.
