Our comprehensive in-house capabilities assist partners in achieving key milestones and progressing towards clinical readiness, positioning IRBM as a major player in driving innovation in the pharmaceutical and biotech fields.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a passionate and talented scientist whohas an interestin structural biology and structure-based drug discovery.The successful candidate will work in a highly collaborative research environment and willbe in charge ofproducing high-quality protein samples for structural biology projects and biophysical applications. The applicant must have solid training in protein biochemistry, protein overexpression in bacterial/eukaryotic systems and experience in protein purification. The new resource will work closely with the NMR group and will assist in sample preparation for spectroscopic studies. Additionally, the successful candidatewill be responsible forpreparing protein standards for method development and biological reagents for biological assays and screenings.Key responsibilitiesApply, optimize, and innovate protein purification processes. Maximize protein yields, activity, stability and purityExecute and troubleshoot bench experiments carefully and precisely.
