Be Part of Our Signature Mix General Description of the Role The role involves ensuring all Quality Assurance requirements are met for incoming raw materials, in-process monitoring and final product release used in Campari. The new resource will deal with the day to day undertaking of a wide range of chemical, sensory and/or microbial analysis, as required to support operations throughout the Campari plants. The laboratory follow the ISO1:5 standard, which requires strong documentation practices and involves maintenance of systems. Responsibilities Able to perform independent sample analysis using various analytical techniques such as UHPLC-MS/MS, UHPLC (knowledge of GC-FID, GC-MS/MS, ICP-MS, UV-VIS would be a plus). Familiarity with Thermo's Orbitrap LC-MS systems would be a plus. Hands on experience in analytical method development, validation and sample analysis. Hands on experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, calibrating analytical equipments. Experience working in a regulated environment (ISO1:5, ISO, GLP standards). Knowledge of statistical analysis. Experience as trainer for junior staff. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Power Point). Excellent teamwork abilities. Good knowledge of written and spoken English language. Educational Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Food Technology, etc.).
