And this is where your ride starts.YOUR MISSIONWe are looking for an Operations Specialist based in Milan, who will be in charge of improving acquisition, retention and engagement of couriers, and providing constant feedback and process improvement ideas to the Operations Manager of the area.This role will require a mix of operations, stakeholder management, analytical skills, and creativity to tackle different challenges. The couriers, Glovers for us, are a key player in Glovo's marketplace and you will need to ensure the fleet's long-term sustainability, as well as its healthy contribution to the operational performance and user experience in Italy.THE JOURNEY Manage daily operations of the Glovo Center in Milan, our center of support for local couriers Be there for the Glovers when they need support, assisting them on a diverse range of topics, varying from app functionalities to payments and other topics they face on a day to day basis. Provide constant feedback and insights on the status of the fleet in the city and region to the Operations ManagerBe responsible for implementing processes and optimizing strategies involving the acquisition and retention of the couriers.Perform analysis and create dashboards to give visibility on the performance of the main operational KPIs.
