Join us in shaping our future–and yours.What You Will DoThe Quality & Compliance Director is responsible for:Key Responsibilities· Leading compliance to applicable Regulatory requirements and Kenvue Quality Standards of manufacturing operations, incoming materials and finished Good products.· Driving Performance Management, Continuous monitoring and improvement programs in applicable processes impacting Compliance and Efficiency across the Product Lifecycle.· End to End Integration with Local manufacturing Site and Regional Supply Chain Operations ensuring deployment of Digital Strategy and Statistic Process Control.· Leadership in quality and compliance oversight of complaints management, Escalations, Quality Holds, quality events and deviations, Nonconformances, OOT investigations, Product Disposition, Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), Batch Record Review, Stability, management of changes to the production environment and process resulting in a timely launch of high-quality products.· Driving quality shop floor culture and inspection. Promoting and strengthening the Culture of Quality First throughout the organization.
