Resource Planning Specialist

We are looking for a smart, passionate and driven person, willing to work in an adaptive and multicultural environment, to join the Demand Planning team in the Headquarters. Main responsibilities:Oversees supply chain process and forecast with proactivity and perspicacity to possible issuesAggregates and prioritizes demand requirementsPlans inventory, distribution requirements, production, material and rough-cut capacity for a dedicated range of productsDevises inventory levels based on aggregated forecastRequirements:Degree in relevant field – Management Engineering, Economics or Statistic – or working experience in Supply Chain ManagementFluent in English (written and spoken). Study or work experiences abroad are positively evaluatedGood social and communication skills; willing and able to work in team in an international environmentAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel. Any experience with Qlik or data manipulation will be positively evaluatedAvailability for business trips abroadExcellent skills are required on: Problem solvingData ManagementNegotiationProject ManagementEnd-to-end visionAgile mindset
